- The content of the site will be appropriate for Scouting.
- The site will not add links to any sites that may contain material deemed inappropriate for Scouting.
- The site will not add any advertisements or commercial endorsements.
- The site will not engage in the sale of Scouting merchandise.
- The site will not engage in direct fundraising or donation activities.
- The site will not replicate any BSA publications currently for sale.
